What’s that you’re eating there?

I had my nutrition assessment this week and it was really great. Not like I’m eating like a saint or anything, but the experience and info was good. The nutritionist recommended a book to me that I plan on reading very soon and I thought several of you might be interested in. It’s called

Eating Mindfully: How to End Mindless Eating and Enjoy a Balanced Relationship with Food by Susan Albers

It looks really good and it’s short and small. Not a novel by any means. Enjoy!
