Easter Leftovers Recipe: Crunchy Peeps

So, you have a houseful of peeps and no idea how to eat them all?  Or you’re planning on hitting the peeps bargin bin today.  I have just the thing. Crunchy peeps.

 What you need:  peeps, a microwave, a paper plate (preferably), a freezer and a knife.

Put the peeps on the paper plate, cook on high in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds, or until the reach their biggest size….

then remove immediately from the microwave and put in the freezer.  Leave for at least 10 minutes, then remove and pry from the plate with the knife and enjoy the wonderful crunchy peeps! Works great on stale peeps too.
