Honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Yes, some things always get a little out of whack on the day of a wedding: it’s pouring down rain during picture time, maybe someone (no names to protect the guilty 😉 left the rings at the hotel, and sometimes stuff can just stress you out. The forecast for Katrina & Jon’s big day was, in the paraphrased words of Jennifer Lopez (our local weather lady – no joke that is her name) “There is a VERY good chance it’s really gonna rain on Saturday”. Even though it started out looking pretty gloomy, torrential downpours and such, the rain lightened up and as if on cue, as SOON as they were married – the sun started to come out. No joke. I was practically jumping up and down shouting “I see blue sky!” A good rain for some serious good luck and then bright beautiful sky with some beautiful sunshine to finish up their day. It was perfect. Plus they were married in one seriously gorgeous building, the Texas & Pacific Building in downtown Fort Worth in the ‘Waiting Room’. Simply Amazing!
Congratulations Jon & Katrina on your marriage! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day and capture all of these memories for you! Super big huge thanks goes to Catie of Catie Ronquillo Photography for shooting with me and making me laugh and generally just being awesome! You rock!
