Family & Portrait Photography Sessions
You don’t need an excuse to have some custom photography! Sure, life is full of wonderful occasions that beg for some shutter snapping action, but just wanting to capture moments with the ones you love is reason enough.
So, how does this work, exactly?
Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll send you a fun questionnaire that will help me get to know you and your loved ones better. This is really important – It’s how I learn what makes you tick, and it is the best way for me to get ideas about how we can make your photography session the best ever and completely YOU.
I might find out that you all LOVE taking trips to the park, going on nature walks, cooking together, or that someone in the house goes bezerk for balloons! All of these things can help us plan the perfect adventure/session for your family. And hey, if Mom and Dad want to chill in the background while the kiddos get all the attention, it’s all good. Whatever you want. That’s the plan. If you need some ideas, just ask! I would LOVE to meet a family that loves water balloon fights. I’m just saying.
When the big day comes, I’ll meet you at our chosen destination and say hi and spend a little time meeting your family before we get started. Everyone gets a little more relaxed if I DON’T start with the big black box in front of my face. The average session lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on how much fun we’re having and location choices.
What Next?
Within two weeks after the session (sometimes sooner), 30+ of the best images from your session will be posted in a password protected online gallery for you to see (and brag about to everyone of course). Then we just need to schedule a time when I can meet with you and deliver the rest of your Digital Care Package goodies! If you’d like to order any additional items, there’s no rush. Your 50% discount never expires for the paid session.

Your time is valuable. To ensure I have the time to give each client the best service possible, I prefer to book sessions at least 4 weeks in advance.
About Rescheduling:
If the weather is just too icky, or cold…or hot (especially for the kids) we may need to reschedule. Also, if someone is sick or there is another family emergency and you need to reschedule the session, please just let me know as soon as possible.
