Take With Meals

Um, yeah, when they tell you to take vitamins or stuff with your meals,
do it. I started taking a ginger root supplement this week, and I took
mine this morning about 30 minutes AFTER breakfast. Ugh, I am like a
ginger breathing dragon. I had to go eat half of a bagel and a glass of
milk just to get rid of the ginger smell. I like ginger, but I don’t
like breathing it. Ugh.
