Need some motivation?

I do best when I track what I eat and have to be accountable. I have been using a website called My Food Diary to track food, exercise, weight, etc. It’s good site, but it’s not free and it can take awhile to enter all your food each day, especially if you eat different things all the time.  So I finally quit that site cause i wasn’t using it.  Anyhow, I just joined a new site called PeerTrainer.com  It’s free and it’s all about finding people and being accountable and supportive in your efforts to lose weight, exercise, eat healthy, etc. I joined a team that sounds like it’s going to be very fun and helpful.  =)  Check it out if you need that kind of support.

  • gauri - I used to use Sparkpeople, once upon a time. I’ve been most successful with a Weight Watchers Excel spreadsheet, surprisingly enough. Not that I’m using it anymore.
